ALL SERVICES REQUIRE A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WHICH VARIES PER SERVICE. DEPOSIT IS DEDUCTED FROM FULL AMOUNT AFTER COMPLETION OF SERVICE. REMAINING TO BE PAID VIA CASH, CARD OR ETRANSFER.
PLEASE COME WITH YOUR HAIR WASHED, BLOWED DRIED AND FREE OF ANY OTHER OILS OR HAIR PRODUCTS FOR BEST RESULTS. IF BLOW DRY NEEDED YOU CAN REQUEST IN BOOKING SECTION
YOU WILL HAVE A 15 MIN GRACE PERIOD, BEYOND THAT TIME YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY 20$ LATE FEE. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 20 MINS LATE YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CANCELLED.

IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT IT NEEDS TO BE DONE AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE. YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO RESCEDULE WITHOUT ANOTHER DEPOSIT IF ITS DONE WITHIN TIME FRAME.
